The Emergency Operations Center (E.O.C.) is to be The Prepared Plan communication headquarters. The principle leadership should be stationed here with a communication specialist. It is recommended that your communication specialist be a licensed Ham Radio operator. Having a reference of who is in your plan is important to know and what is in your area. Here is an Example Map of an area presently using The Prepared Plan and how they designated their zones and blocks.
State, County, City, Religious Group, and Neighborhood plans at each level should send notices and principle instruction to the Emergency Operations Center for distribution. All beginning and final communications for the area scale-able plan should be presented here. Reports from the lower communication operators (Area Coordinators, Zone Captains, Block Captains, and Households) return here for examination and final report back to the origin of initial instruction. Should Government/FEMA or Religious Group representatives arrive please direct them to this station headquarters.
