The Damage Control Center should be gathering volunteers in good physical condition, supplies, equipment and tools.  The Group Emergency Preparedness Survey contains information if used that will accommodate the needs of the Damage Control Center.

From the Damage Control Center needs are met in the zones as directed through the Area Coordinator who is reviewing the reports coming from the zone captains.
