I know I did and have heard it resounding over and over.  As with all great things we begin by beginning.  This blog and website are meant to assist all with a way to begin.  Starting page by page The Prepared Plan is a process of communication.  How do we communicate with our families?  How do we communicate with our community and local governments?

Even with a place to start do not get overwhelmed, start by printing off the Emergency Operations Flowchart.  Viewing this chart as you work on each step of your plan keeps your vision of a high level action plan and the details will follow.

Each page on this site has a brief description and detail of responsibilities with text imbedded links for downloadable content that you can place in a binder that will constitute your plan.  For the Family Plan start here Household Plan, for the Group Plan start here Group Plan (scale-able) .  These materials were left in a format  that can be changed and customized to the end Emergency Response Plan that you are looking for.
