The Prepared Plan is an Emergency Action Plan Template for all who are looking for a place to start with an Emergency Response Plan either for their family, business, or religious group. This site contains a page by page approach with downloadable files meant to be used and developed into a customized communication and reaction plan.
Random storms, changing weather patterns, winds, earthquakes, fires, floods, epidemics, power failure, personal injuries and illness, food and water contamination and shortage. Each of these could at any time be a reality in the area in which you live. Are you prepared? Do you have a plan? Does the community in which you reside have a plan?
These are things that should be a concern to every citizen, household, community, and state. Over a period of time this plan has been developed with the help of many individuals and groups who have shared thoughts, experiences, and concerns.
This blog contains many documents which together comprise a plan for a group of any size and can be scale-able to a neighborhood, community, county, city, or even a state. The Prepared Plan is as much a thought process as it is a procedure to communicate with those in your community as well as your home. Please use The Prepared Plan as you will to prepare for life’s many uncertainties and help others around you to be ready.
In addition to the plan and plan documents over time thoughts and ideas will be posted in each of the major areas of focus to give ideas and possible instructions as available. Please sign up for our mail list so we can provide update notices when new ideas become available.
Hi! Small suggestion: Delete borders on signs for reporting stations.

Thanks for the feedback. We will get that updated soon. Another idea that was brought to our attention is on the flag pages to print in large lettering what it stands for. This way someone approaching may also see the writing and understand as well as the directions specifically on the page.

Come to think of it…that may have been myself that wondered about having words on the flag pages.
I brought two copies of “Family Emergency Handbook”(s) from my Mother’s Utah Ward – which had the words along with the colors. I wondered what others thought about it at our Stake meeting.
I gleaned great things at that meeting. Thank You!
