Every State, County, Community, Neighborhood, and Religious Group needs to have The Prepared Plan to communicate situational instructions and report the present status of homes and people in their domicile to their leadership.
The Prepared Plan is a basic (simple) plan that will assist in forming a scale-able plan for any size group from a small neighborhood to a large scale community. The plan and forms made available here for your use are the efforts of myself and many others. There may be material here that is similar to other plans and services that are available for free or for profit; should any material or forms here infringe upon the rights or intellectual data of others please contact the blog owner via the contact tool to have it removed or credited to the appropriate party.
This is an example plan to use or begin the foundation to a personalized plan to prevent the chaos of uncertainty and inability to communicate in an emergency situation. See the additional pages connected to this page for each step or phase of the plan.
The Emergency Operations Flowchart below is a high level view of how this plan works. It is meant to be a plan of communication so that instructions can be given, reports can be obtained, and support given where needed. In a group setting the Group Emergency Preparedness Survey should be used to gather additional information before using the Emergency Action Plan Presentation.
Here is a friendly Neighbor Preparedness Letter that can be used to create awareness of the area plan.
